• The claim filing period began in December 2023, with notices sent to 18 million class members. Merchant Source  has partnered with JDAC Consulting Group and an experienced legal team to assist in filing your claim accurately and promptly.

• Our services include a thorough audit of your transaction records and handling all necessary verifications with Visa, Mastercard, and Class Counsel to ensure you receive the maximum possible recovery.

• There is NO UPFRONT FEE for our services. We operate on a contingency basis, meaning you owe nothing if no compensation is recovered. The Merchant Source’s partner law firm has agreed to a flat rate of 25% of the gross amount awarded that is due ONLY if and when your compensation is collected (most Law Firms on contingency charge 33%-50% plus their fixed fees).
